Having suffered from acne since I was 10 years old, I've always looked around for the best acne skin treatment available. I tried lots of products over the years, many of which promised stellar results, but didn't live up to my expectations.
I can say that after 14 years of dealing with acne, such as whiteheads and blackheads, I've actually found a few things that work for my skin, which is oily. I use a combination of natural remedies included in an amazing system called Acne No More.
Acne No More takes you step by step by the hand, and shows you how to heal your acne from the inside, out. It is much better than any of the acne skincare products I have used in the past, because these products only mask the symptoms of the root issue. It was and is, an all in one solution to my acne problem.
I've found that applying baking soda to my blemishes at night helps to reduce the redness. If I end up getting a large blemish on my face, I apply a dab of wet baking soda directly on it, allow it to dry, and leave it on overnight. After rinsing it off in the morning, the blemish doesn't look nearly as red. I swear by using this remedy for emergencies because it seems to really help.
I've also found another effective acne treatment by making a mask with a few natural ingredients. Here's a face mask recipe that I use regularly:
• 10 drops tea tree oil
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 tablespoon crushed coffee beans
• 1 teaspoon honey
I mix the ingredients together, apply it to my freshly cleansed face, and leave it on for 30-45 minutes for face acne. I rinse it off with warm water and then enjoy how soft my skin feels. I make sure to do the mask at least 2-3 times a week for best results. Most Tea tree oil acne products are very effective and natural, which means no toxic chemicals used.
What about vitamins for acne? An acne vitamin may also help if it's natural. I've taken an acne pill that didn't work for my skin type, so it all depends on the severity of the acne and the person taking it. Overall, I prefer the natural methods because I feel like they're safer to use.
