Cabbage Face Mask

Healing Cabbage Cleanser

Why use cabbage? Watch the Video Below

Cabbage is rich in Vitamins A, B, C, E and K. It is rich in potassium, sulphur and copper. The acids and minerals present in cabbage provide a deep cleansing action.

This cabbage mask is good for:

  • Acne
  • Eczema
  • Damaged skin

This mask can be used by all skin types, but if you want to play around with ingredients for this recipe according to your skin type, it can be modified.

You can do this by changing the hydrosol and/or oils in the recipe. For example, for a dry skin you can replace the olive oil with vitamin E oil, apricot kernel or Rosehip oil. (Although Olive oil is already a good oil for dry skin). If you have an oily skin, you can replace the Rosewater hydrolat with a lavender, cypress or mandarin hydrolat/hydrosol. For oily skin you can leave the olive oil (which is great for oily skin too) or use Calendula oil.
