Home made face masks for combination skin
Egg whites can be applied on the skin and left for 30 minutes. Wash egg face mask off with warm water. This simple face mask is commonly used to tighten and refresh skin. This is the best firming face mask.
Raw honey face mask
Warm the honey slightly, for easy application. Honey has been used for many years as an anti-bacterial; this is a great mask for those struggling with acne. Honey is also soothing and hydrating. Leave on for at least 30 minutes before rinsing off with warm water.
Yogurt and Strawberries homemade face mask
Use some plain, natural yogurt and ripe, mashed strawberries. Mix them together and apply to skin. Leave on for 30 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
Face mask for dry skin.
Avocado face mask
Mash the avocado and add some olive oil, then apply. Leave on for as long as possible before rinsing off. Avocado is a great antioxidant and contains Vitamin E & A, which is great for skin, it is also the best moisturizing face mask. More avocado face mask recipes here.
Banana face mask
Mash a ripe banana, mix with a little raw honey and apply to skin. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water. Banana can also be applied to dry hair!
Strawberries and honey
Mix crushed strawberries with raw honey for a great combo that gives your skin the hydration and extra antioxidants it needs. Leave on for 15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
Aloe Vera face mask
Fresh Aloe gel, straight from the plant is always best to use. Scoop the inside transparent part out of the Aloe leaf. Blend until smooth in a blender. Apply to your face, but avoid the eye area. Aloe Vera has healing properties, is anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial.

Oatmeal face mask
a paste with soaked oatmeal (soaked in a little water) and raw honey.

Cook and puree your pumpkin. Add some raw honey. Apply to the skin and leave on for 15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water. Pumkin is high in Vitamin C and Zinc, which soothes and moisturizes the skin.

• Open the skin’s pores by steaming them. Put some boiling water in a bowl and put your face near the top of the water with a towel over your head. You can alternatively wet a facecloth with hot water and leave on your face for a few minutes to open the pores.
