Remedies for rash
by: Zelda Behr

I know it not easy being a teenager with a skin condition so hope these great easy home remedies help!

* Make a tea of one part dandelion flower and two parts boiling water, apply on your face for 20 min then rinse with warm water.
This can be done every 3rd day.

* Supplements that can help: Zinc, Vitamin B, omega 3,6 and 9, Vitamin E.

* Vitamin E oil, Cod liver oil, Evening primrose oil, Aloe Vera gel from the leaves of the aloe plant can be applied to the skin daily.

* Use pulp of a ripe tomato for a hour face mask.

* A great daily treatment is cooled down oatmeal mask, leave on as long as you like, you can also add ground up oatmeal to warm water and rinse your face with it or try making your own oatmeal soap...

* Ground Nutmeg and milk mask, leave on for a few hours.

* Apply raw honey as a mask for 20min, this is a great antibacterial.

*Baking soda and water mixed into a paste works great for itching.
