Bananas nourish and feed the skin and are one of the best natural moisturizer ingredients. This banana mask is rich in magnesium, potassium, iron, zinc, iodine, Vit A, B (folic acid), Vit E & F. Combined with cream and honey, it is super hydrating and can be used for anti-aging and prevention of wrinkles as well as on very dry skin.
Anti Aging Face Mask Ingredients
Homemade Facial Mask Method
Blend all ingredients together, barring the Rosewater. You can add more potato flour to the mix if it seems too runny. Apply the mask to your face and neck. Leave on for 30 minutes. Rinse off with water. Pat dry. Apply some rosewater with cotton pads. Leave to air dry.
This mix can be kept in the fridge for 6 hours.
Apply three times per week for best results.
combination of honey and almond milk is great at feeding and hydrating the
skin. The egg white acts as a very effective astringent.
Homemade Moisturizer Method
Blend the almonds until they are a grainy texture. Add the beaten egg white and honey, blend again until smooth. Apply to face and neck, leave on for 20 minutes. Rinse off with water. Pat dry. Dab on rosewater with cotton rounds and leave to air dry.
This mask can be used once daily.
