This mask can be used by all skin types, but if you want to play around with ingredients for this recipe according to your skin type, it can be modified.
You can do this by changing the hydrosol and/or oils in the recipe. For example, for a dry skin you can replace the olive oil with vitamin E oil, apricot kernel or Rosehip oil. (Although Olive oil is already a good oil for dry skin). If you have an oily skin, you can replace the Rosewater hydrolat with a lavender, cypress or mandarin hydrolat/hydrosol. For oily skin you can leave the olive oil (which is great for oily skin too) or use Calendula oil.
Cabbage Face Mask Method
Combine the chopped cabbage, carrot juice, lemon juice and olive oil into a blender. Blend into a paste. Add this mixture to the clay and mix. Apply to the face and neck, leave on for 20 minutes. Wash off with still bottled water. Pat dry and dab on the rosewater. Leave to dry naturally.
This mask will heal the skin, it cleans the skin and it is anti-inflammatory. It can be used daily on inflamed or damaged skin. The mixture can be kept in the fridge for 24 hours.
