Coconut Oil Acne

Virgin coconut oil acne benefits are due to it's antiviral, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and anti fungal properties.

Coconut oil is very good for your skin and it makes pores appear smaller, leaving the skin silky and smooth.

Refined coconut oil is not good, because it may clog your pores, where virgin coconut oil brings out the toxins in the skin, which will cause a little more pimples for a week or two, as the toxins are worked out and the skin heals.
