We have added our two favorite cucumber recipes to this page. Both are cleansing and reduce inflammation. The cucumber cleansing milk has added hydrating qualities while the clay cucumber mask tones the skin.
Both of these facial recipes can be used on all skin types. The cleansing milk can be used daily, while the clay mask should only be used once per week.
These masks are especially helpful for those suffering with eczema, rosacea or any other inflamed issues.
This is an easy recipe for cleansing. The milk contains lactic acid which cleanses, refreshes and balances the PH of the skin. The honey nourishes and protects the skin. The cucumber moisturizes and reduces any inflammation.
