Honey is a multipurpose ingredient and can be used in most natural recipes, because it has so many beneficial qualities too.
Honey is a humectant, this means that it can draw moisture from the air and put it into the skin as well as ensure that the moisture is retained. This results in a longer lasting, smooth, moisturized skin. Another amazing benefit of honey is its ability to protect the skin from environmental damage and harmful UV rays.
Always try to use raw organic honey!
