impetigo on face, scalp and neck

I have impetigo on my face, around mouth and nose and on my scalp and sides of face and on my neck.

It is very red, unsightly and itchy and sore. I am using coconut oil at night and then a dead sea mineral shampoo and serum afterwards, which I leave on for half an hour before rinsing off.

Also I have applied black cumin oil during the day. I am eating more fruit and drinking echinacea tea mixed with rosehip tea.

I am avoiding sugar and resting more. I am on an organic and gluten free diet anyway.

I came in contact with the condition and so must have contracted it and assumed it was ezcema so did not use the correct treatments at first and it was getting worse. it is quite bad, but i am persevering and hope it improves soon.
